We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel, where we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room we had was spacious, clean, and had a magnificent view of the frozen lake from the balcony. The hotel provided a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, and we were even pleasantly surprised to find that they made scrambled eggs just for us Americans! The coffee was also top-notch. The pool and sauna facilities were impressive and added to the luxury of our stay. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel one night and were blown away by the outstanding 4-course Italian meal. We're already planning our return trip in the summer to enjoy more of what this place has to offer.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the gym and -3 floor were closed due to maintenance, but this did not take away from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay with our family at this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating and spoke English fluently. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We even had a balcony with a stunning view of the frozen lake. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond by making us scrambled eggs, catering to our American taste. The coffee was exceptional, and the bar on the terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel's pool and sauna were absolutely fantastic, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We also opted for the hotel's dinner menu one night and were blown away by the outstanding quality of the food. We can't wait to return during the summer to fully explore all the hotel has to offer!

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything you might need. Another great aspect was the abundance of activities available in the nearby area, offering plenty of options for a fun weekend getaway.

There were a few drawbacks. The fitness facilities were not up to par, with some areas leaking water and buckets scattered around to collect it.

While the location was perfect for a snowy winter getaway, the town was quite small with not many options for activities outside of the hotel. the fitness room could have had more machines and equipment for a more complete workout.
